Matthew was great! A very nice guy. He was at our place for close to 3 hours trouble shooting the tricky issue, but he figured it out with knowledge and perseverance. Professional. Kind. Informative. Thank you! Shawna who took care of us in the phone was very kind. Made us feel like the most important customer in the world. Thank you! We’ve had to use this company before, on a different issue in the past, and on a Sunday no less. Jake was great during that visit. A very personable guy and kind. Thank you! I really appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable service your team provides. Henry let me know he was on his way well within the time Window stated. Henry had a few questions for me. Let me know generally what he was going to do. I then had a few questions for him, which he answered to my satisfaction. He took care of the service, let me know what he found and what he did to fix it. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly way of communicating reflect well on himself and his employer.

Matthew was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Made suggestions and gave us a heads up on another possible failure to be watching for. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Hope to work with him again.

Cameron was great and quick. He took time to investigate and explained it well. But Hurliman needs to get card readers! Your workers deserve it to save more time and resources. Would recommend. Very professional.

Friendly and Gave lots of information. Answered all of my questions. Techs were efficient, got the job done well, cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. I called with a follow up concern 2-3 weeks after install and they were at my place within a couple hours of the call to do a small repair. Very happy!!!!

12/2 - new review Sean and Jaiden were great! Both were very professional and courteous. New Furnace & A/C installed and working wonderfully. Cameron V was very professional and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond in identifying issues that may come up soon so I’d be prepared, really appreciated that. Will be recommending this company to neighbors.
