The Technician, Dan H. was most respectful & took care in diagnosing & explaining the problem. He then hooked me up with Sam & Chris J., who very patiently, walked me through all that would be involved in resolving the issues regarding my furnace. All three of the individuals were stellar. P.S. I have to add a postscript to this review. Today's install was such a positive experience. My installers, Daniel S. & Matthew D. were true Professionals.
