Cameron did a great job. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He also gave advice to what we should do to stay warm until the part came in. He installed the part and we can feel the change. He also apologized for the delay in the part coming in. We appreciate him for all of his help!

The two workmen that came to my home and installed my new furnace were on time and personable. They got my new furnace up and running in 4 hours instead of the 6 hours I was told. We found ourselves with no heat for a couple days after limping our 1980’s furnace by for the past year - and we finally need to replace the entire system. Ivan came by - about an hour or so after my initial call at 4:00. We were desperate for some relief as our house had been 52 degrees for two entire days. First of all, the person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and accommodated her tech to come by after normal business hours. I can’t remember her name but she’s a star. I am unsure if this is a normal practice for them- or if it just worked out that way - but the fact that a tech was at our house with in an hour of my initial call - working after hours to help us after 5pm is AWESOME. Can’t express how grateful I am for this. Ivan- what an awesome tech and person! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He knew what to look for - where to find the problem- diagnose it all while explaining and showing us exactly why it’s dying / not staying on. He proceeded to fiddle with something in there and with in a couple minutes - like magic the heat turned on and STAYED on! I can’t believe he figured it out so quick and gave us a warm night sleep. Everyone went to bed, happy. We have had 2 other companies/techs come by in the past few months and not one of them even mentioned the real issue- let alone temporarily fix it until a decision was made on the new furnace. I will recommend this company to everyone -with confidence. I am so impressed and thankful for Ivan going above and beyond, showing up so quick then actually fixing it for the time being. and a huge thank you to the receptionist for making the accommodations to have it handled right away. I requested service from the website online at 7 am. By 8:30, the serviceman was at my house. The technician, Ray, was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within the hour. He was very thorough in checking the furnace and all vents. In addition, he was kind, clean, and respectful—five stars for Ray. Thank you!

Arrived when he said he would. Looked at the system and determined the needed repairs. He did the entire system repairs and had the system running by the end of his work day. I was extremely thrilled the work was completed in one day. Bobbie was extremely courteous and explained everything to me. The cost was much less than I expected (a very nice surprise). I now know who to call when my heated water floor system needs service.
