I requested service from the website online at 7 am. By 8:30, the serviceman was at my house. The technician, Ray, was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within the hour. He was very thorough in checking the furnace and all vents. In addition, he was kind, clean, and respectful—five stars for Ray. Thank you!

Arrived when he said he would. Looked at the system and determined the needed repairs. He did the entire system repairs and had the system running by the end of his work day. I was extremely thrilled the work was completed in one day. Bobbie was extremely courteous and explained everything to me. The cost was much less than I expected (a very nice surprise). I now know who to call when my heated water floor system needs service.

Hurliman heating and air Conditioning installed a new Trane heat pump for me And it was a great experience. Ivan’s and The install team did an excellent job.Dan, ,Sean, Charles , Robert. We had a couple hiccups, but the team stepped right up and made it right. I Would recommend Hurliman if you are looking for a new furnace or needing repairs on your old one. If you like working with nice people, and good pricing give Hurliman’s a call. I had a great experience. they kept me informed on what was going on all the time. Who was coming and what they were doing, I loved working with them. I gave them all a five star.

Charles and the other 2 gentlemen that came to the house, were very professional and courteous, they did a fantastic job will definately call Hurliman again if needed. Very friendly and the office staff were also very helpful and kind.

Jake was fast and up front about our issue. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything (even though our furnace is old). Very happy that he was able to get us up and running again when the house was 50 degrees!

Matthew was great! A very nice guy. He was at our place for close to 3 hours trouble shooting the tricky issue, but he figured it out with knowledge and perseverance. Professional. Kind. Informative.
